Caroline Carroll

After a failed attempt at teacher training, I started at Millais School, Horsham in 2011 just as the school was awarded Teaching School status. My job description afforded a degree of poetic licence as no-one really knew what being a teaching school involved. As that became clear and with the advent School Direct, ITT became my special area of focus and expertise and continues to be so. Through this and our other work in some memorable CPD and School to School support, I have forged strong relationships with schools and HEIs across the County and beyond. People and organisation are what I do best. It has been a pleasure and delight to work with the schools of West Sussex over the last ten years and even more so to assist GLF in continuing to do so. I look forward to meeting many of you virtually and in person next year.
