Facilitator Bio - Sarah Anderson

I have worked for the Solent Maths Hub in various roles for the past nine years supporting teachers and leaders to develop the quality of maths teaching and learning in their schools.

Alongside this, I was a successful maths leader in a five-form entry junior school for five years and a maths lead and Deputy Headteacher in a one-form entry primary school for six years.

I am passionate about empowering and developing teachers to improve outcomes for children across our regions and am excited to be a part of this programme that identifies the importance of strong leadership of maths in our primary schools.
