Currently a Trust leader, I have had the privilege of previously being a senior leader, SENCO and then Headteacher. Working with children with SEND, their families and the teams that support them has been rewarding, humbling and inspirational. I look forward to delivering the NPQSenco to those who are ready to advocate further for children, families and staff.
