GLF Schools was founded in 2012 in order to enable the federation of Glyn School (an academy in 2011) and Danetree Junior School. Together, we began our journey to become a MAT of more than 1000 talented staff working with over 10,000 children in 40 schools across 5 regions in southern England.

Facilitator Bio - Jeremy Garner

Facilitates: NPQH, NPQSL

Since 2020, I have had the privilege of serving as Executive Head within the GLF Schools MAT, overseeing the strategic leadership of de Stafford and Merstham Park Schools in Surrey. My journey with de Stafford began in 2013 when I was appointed headteacher and I now have nearly 20 years of experience as a Senior Leader.

In 23/24, I had the pleasure of facilitating the NPQSL programme, where I saw firsthand the invaluable networking opportunities that arise from participating in the NPQ suite of qualifications.
