Facilitator Bio - Pan Panayiotou

Facilitates: NPQH, NPQSL

I am very proud to be involved in the NPQH programme as a delivery partner with GLF.  I have over 35 years experience of teaching in the secondary phase and in all sectors from boys schools, girls schools, independent, FE and for the last eight years as an Executive Head and CEO of South Downs Education Trust in West Sussex.

Being a facilitator is extremely rewarding for me as an experienced senior leader, and most importantly the programme allows those individuals who are looking for their first headship to share their concerns and challenges and for us to collectively look at how we can support each other and be constantly self-reflecting and improving on our own practices.

I have grown in my own practice and am very honoured to work with so many talented future leaders.
