West Sussex Teaching School Hub

GLF Schools

GLF Schools was founded in 2012 in order to enable the federation of Glyn School (an academy in 2011) and Danetree Junior School. Together, we began our journey to become a MAT of more than 1000 talented staff working with over 10,000 children in 40 schools across 5 regions in southern England.

NPQ IMPACT- NPQLTD in focus

National Professional Qualification in Leading Teacher Development (NPQLTD)

The NPQLTD aims to help current and potential school leaders to develop the knowledge, skills and expertise to lead the development of teachers, including sequencing and structuring professional development and effective coaching and mentoring.

We have teamed up with our lead provider - Best Practice Network - to ask some of our current course participants, from the secondary, primary and special schools streams, about their experiences of the course so far and what tools they have already taken back to their schools.
