Facilitator Bio - Claire Regnard

I am proud to have been in the teaching profession for the last 27 years. I am one of those people who have never left school! I became a Deputy Headteacher very early in my career and have always showed ambition to progress. I have officially held 5 Headships within 2 schools (in a full time and part time capacity). I enjoy the practical elements of my role and work hard to keep up with the latest research - I undertook an MA in Education, have the NPQH and recently completed the NPQEL. Schools still excite (and frustrate) me; I enjoy supporting children, parents and staff alike to be the best they can be.
