Passport To Impact
Undertaking an NPQ can provide the participant with one of the best forms of Professional Development, whether it be a specialist or leadership programme.
The material is research based, and the facilitators are fully-trained and bring a wealth of experience to the delivery of the programme.
It is extremely worthwhile to track your NPQ journey while undertaking the programme so you can clearly identify your own progress and the impact that the programme is having on your own practice, and also in ordert to demonstrate the impact yiur learning is having on your school or educational setting.
One way to track your journey is by using the GLF West Sussex Teaching School Hub Passport to Impact. This document requires you to self-evaluate against a range of criteria at the outset of the programme and then self-evaluate against the same criteria towards the end of the programme.
There is also an opportunity for you to reflect on your journey and highlight some of the differences to your practice that the programme has made. You can also request an evaluation from your line manager so they too can identify your progress. This can be a great way to end the programme, celebrate your progress and capture all of your learning in one place.
