Facilitator Bio - Bev Homer

Facilitates: NPQSL, NPQH, NPQLT, NPQLBC, NPQLTD, NPQSENCO

I have been in education for over 30 years across London and the South East. I have had the privilege of leading 6 schools, many in challenging circumstances and 2 from their very start growing from Reception through to Key Stage 2. I have worked for both local authorities and multi-academy trusts. I am facilitating for the NPQ’s, a member of a Schools Standards Board in a Trust school and also Chair of Governors in a Local Authority School.

I have led schools through change processes, rapid improvement plans, culture shifts and successes. Having completed my NPQH 25 years ago, it has been refreshing to see and facilitate on a range of NPQ’s from LT to H and the excellent professional development currently available. The leaders coming through our schools are truly motivational and the future of education, with these individuals leading, is promising.
