Facilitator Bio - Becky Hussey

Becky is currently the Headteacher of a maintained nursery school and family support centre. She has worked in early years education for over 20 years. Her roles have included, class teacher, Early Years leader, Deputy Headteacher, Specialist Leader of Education, Advanced Skills Teacher and Early Years Advisory Teacher.

Becky has always valued professional development and has worked in partnership with many different nurseries and schools, providing support and challenge to develop practice. The children are always at the heart of everything Becky does, and she passionately believes that high quality early years provision makes a real difference.

Becky has delivered training to a range of early years practitioners, including workshops for the Education Improvement Service and Solent Maths Hub. She has led on projects with the Local Authority, such as 'Every Child a Talker' and moderation.
