ECF 'Ambassador Badge'
In Spring 2024 GLF West Sussex Teaching School Hub launched the new Early Career Framework school 'Ambassador Award'. In recognition of consistent school-wide implementation of Ambition Institute’s ECF programme principles through weekly instructional coaching, weekly engagement on Steplab and attendance at ECT and Mentor events, we will award our ECF Ambassador badge.
We hope our partnership schools will proudly display their ECF Ambassador badge on their website showing their ongoing commitment to Early Career Teacher development, and encourage Induction Tutors and in-year Mentors to add this to their email footer, in order to showcase their hard work, enthusiasm and dedication, as champions of the programme.
