GLF West Sussex Teacher School Hub - Commitment to Wellbeing

The full team at GLF West Sussex Teaching School Hub, having all been trained in Mental Health First Aid by Mental Health First Aid England are comitted to mental health well-being and are practising Mental Health First Aiders.

Together, we have a determination to support our own wellbeing and the wellbeing of others and this runs through everything we do like 'a stick of rock.'  

We have therefore produced a 'Mental Health and Wellbeing Booklet', which you can also download below, for our staff, colleagues, trainees and associates - in fact for anyone and everyone - signposting organisations and helplines and with contact details for all of the team in case you would like to reach out to one of us.
